Honoring 75 years of Service

This Veterans Day, come and experience the spirit of the Submarine Memorial Chapel as you observe her beauty, learn about her history, and, perhaps become a part of her future.

Sadly, the entry into the historic Submarine Memorial Chapel is restricted due to deterioration and safety concerns. While we wish everyone could enter through the doors and walk down the aisles, this is not possible as in many places no floor remains under the carpeting.

HOWEVER, this Veteran's Day from 10 am until 2 pm, chapel volunteers will open the doors so you may 'take it all in' from the Chapel's threshold. May I tell you the windows alone are breathtaking and undoubtedly you will walk away with a feeling of how special this sanctuary is.
